Web designing is a course based on conceptualization, planning, modeling and execution of ideas and content through the Internet. Web design encompasses a broad skill set, including technical proficiency, interpersonal communications, and an aptitude for design. Web designers are hired to produce websites as per customers' demand and specifications. After doing a web designing course, the probability of getting a job increases. You can get a job in firms like advertising agencies, marketing departments, design firms, and other businesses that maintain websites. Web designers can also work as freelancer and earn good amount of money. For web designers, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Internet Marketing are new emerging fields. You can either do a short term course or a long term course depending upon your interest and time. Some of the colleges offering undergraduate and post graduate courses in web and graphic designing where you need to clear an interest to get admission in the colleges are; NID Ahmedabad, NIFD JJ School of Arts.
