Both CCNA and MCSE are computer based courses. CCNA (Cisco Certified Networking Associate) is a popular certification course in computer networking developed by CISCO on the other hand MCSE (Microsoft certified System Engineer) is a Microsoft certified course where you work with networking concepts and operation systems. The basic differences between them are CCNA is suitable for those who want to make their career in Computer Networking but for work on Microsoft products MCSE is recommended. CCNA makes you certified in Cisco Equipments that is (Hardware Equipments). You learn to configure the routers to use any routing Protocol. MCSE makes you certified in the Microsoft(software) packet. For example how to establish network or to give IP to a device, window server CCNA deals with WAN networking but MCSE with LAN networking. At present there are many institutes who provide certification in CCNA and MCSE both. In your case you should first know about your personal interest. CCNA is a hardware networking course while MCSE educates about software. You should check in which area you are more sound then opt for it consequently. The mandatory factor with both the course is you should have good I.T. Skills and your basic of computers must be strong.
