There are a host of short-term courses you can consider after+2, if not opting for long-term courses like MBBS, BAMS, BHMS and BDS – depending on the field you wish to practice in and level at which you wish to enter the profession for instance: BPharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy), four years DPharma, two years DPharma (Ayurvedic, siddha medicine), one year BSc nursing, three years ANM nursing, one and half years General nursing training, one-and-a-half to three years BPT (physiotherapy), three years BOT (occupational therapy), three years BHMS (homeopathy medicine), three years BUMS (unani medicine), five years BSc optometry, two years BSC (speech and adiology), four years Orthopedist course, two years Sanitary inspector course, one year Radiological assistant, one year Radiography (diagnosis & therapy), two years Nuclear medicine technology, two years Lab technicians course, one year
