Core Java

Java is a programming language developed by James Gosling at Sun Microsystems. It was released in 1995 as a core component of Sun Microsystems’s Java platform. The language has derived much of its syntax from C and C++ but has a simpler object model and fewer low level facilities. The Core Java technologies and application programming interfaces are the basis of the Java Platform. Core java is the fundamental for Java and used in any java technology and without this no one can jump on any advance java technology. Core Java is coupled with the standard core API that comes with any Java distribution. Advance Java is generally the advanced stuff like Servlets, JSP and EJB.
